Your virtual server will be included in a custom–built monitoring system and every single time there is a sign of a trouble, our server admins will be alerted immediately.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your PC, or utilize a third–party tool. We offer a considerably simpler and easier way with our Admin Services deal. We will create a full backup of your server on a weekly basis, so you never need to worry about losing essential info. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All backups we make are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Admin Services deal, which enables you to ask any of our expert system administrators to install and configure any software application and to rectify any issue you may have with your VPS.

The Admin Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an extra for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
